After various preparatory courses and courses including the preparatory course of the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Valérie Scheffer studied singing and songwriting at the Herman Brood Academy. Since then, she enjoys giving both group and private singing lessons. The lessons are tailored to the interest of the student and mainly focus on singing technique, interpretation, performance and, if desired, songwriting. The lessons are accompanied by Valérie on piano or guitar.

In addition to teaching, Valérie regularly performs with her band “Valerie Branoux”.
