There is a shortened registration form for students who are already registered (update 01-05-2024). Students enrolled in 2023-2024 will receive this form per email.

Early learning music courses for children

The form can be completed by computer and can be saved.

We do not provide a web form as signatures are required. Not all web browsers offer the option to fill in the form. Below is a method that almost always works. Please read the general terms and conditions before completing the form.

Our invoices are sent by email. We do everything we can to prevent these from being marked as spam, but that cannot be prevented completely, so ... check the spam box every now and then.

Tips to help you fill out the form:

  • First download the form to your own computer and save it.
  • Open the form in Acrobat Reader and fill it out.
  • You will probably be able to save the form including the entered data when you use a new version of Acrobat Reader (Download the latest version of Acrobat Reader here).
  • After completing: Print, sign and send to:

Payments Payment is required in advance of each semester, in two installments (end of August and end of January). In exceptional cases, payment can be made in four installments. You can request this by sending an e-mail to the administration: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We would appreciate it if you authorize us to collect the tuition fees by direct debit; if you don't want to pay by direct debit, do not fill in that section of the form. You will then receive invoices from us. If you do not pay by direct debit, € 10 administration costs will be charged per invoice. New registrations for instrumental or vocal lessons (year course A 1 to 7 and B1 and B2) pay a one-time registration fee of €15.

  • First fill in your child's details.
  • Enter the Muziekland code (you can find this on the overview page for Muziekland courses and in the PDF).
  • Fill in Children's Music Theater if you want to register your child for this.
  • Then enter the payment details.

Do you or your child want to take an instrumental lesson, vocal lesson or course or play in an ensemble?

  • Enter the instrument of your choice or voice.
  • Then fill in the lesson form code and lesson form, e.g.: A2 30 min
  • Or enter the name of the course or ensemble
